As some of these items are of high value, I strongly recommend using a trackable courier with insurance. I will e-mail you shipping and insurance options after receiving your order and you can choose the most feasible method for you.

Important notice regarding the availability of items
A lot of my designs use unique pieces that are available from various sources. Some of these items do occasionally go out-of-stock. In such cases, I will make every effort to let you know when the pieces do become available again, or work to come up with a suitable alternative to your liking.

If your piece ever breaks, for any reason, send it back to me and I’ll fix it for no charge. If it doesn’t fit, send it back and I’ll adjust it! I want you to be completely happy with your order.
